The flat is located at the fringe of Lycabettus, on the first floor of a 70’s corner apartment block. It has been fully redesigned and reorganized in plan.
The new spatial design emerged in accordance with the orientation, the views and privacy. The plan in organized in three zones: the entrance, the living and the sleeping space.
The refurbishment aimed at the aesthetic and functional upgrade of the space in accordance with the owner‘s personality and needs. The flat was transformed into a modern and ergonomic living space where design, technology and planning exude a sense of luxury and contemporary living poetics.
