The site lies on the intersection of Plapouta road and the forthcoming Kymis bridge along the west part of the site.

The concept was based on the fact that the building will appear “sunken” in relation to the future bridge. The above redirected the emphasis from designing facades (of the building) into focusing on the roof design, as the last becomes the main elevation of the building when viewed from a higher level.

The future pedestrian zones on the two streets from which the building will be accessed as well as the large slope of the site allowed the formation of two ground floors with different entrances. Therefore, the level of the 1st floor – as it is a two-storey building – on the South side, appears a ground floor level for the north side, with direct access from the pedestrian zones or the bridge, and thus in two totally diverse speeds, the perception of the form of the building alters.
